Welcome to this modern & cosy apartment in Seltjarnarnes. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood just 5 km from Reykjavík city center. It offers a relaxing holiday in a beautiful surrounding close to the sea but just minutes away from the Reykjavík city center. Short walk to a swimming pool, grocery store, bakery, cafe & restaurants. The apartment is spacious & newly renovated. It has big windows & is very bright. The view over the ocean is priceless, especially when the sun sets. When you walk into the apartment you first enter a small room where you can leave your shoes. From there you will enter the main area of the apartment. It has an open plan, big bright windows and comfortable furniture. There is a big open closet in the main area that you can hang your jackets and keep your suitcases. The kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated. It offers everything you need for a luxury self catering holiday. The dining table offers seating for 8. It is close to a large window so you can enjoy an ocean view over your meal. From the main area you will find the bedroom hallway. From there you can go out to the balcony where you can see over to the playground. In summertime we have sun loungers, table and a grill available for you to use. We offer 3 bedrooms. The 4th is locked as we use it as a storage space when we rent out our apartment. Each bedroom has a small work station that consists of a desk and a chair. All the rooms have space for you to store your items or clothes as well as there is a wardrobe in the bedroom hallway that you can use as well as a part of the wardrobe in the master bedroom. All the bedrooms have blackout curtains. Bedroom 1 has a sofabed for 2 persons. It is 135 cm wide and 193 cm long. This bedroom has a loft bed as well, 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, 90 cm wide and 200 cm long. Bedroom 3 has a bed that is 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. We have 1,5 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, mirror with build in lights, towel radiator and plenty of storage space. The guest bathroom has a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror. It is small and located near the front door of the apartment. We provide fresh linens and towels and will have everything ready upon your arrival.
