Set on a hill top with beautiful views of Caldey Island, The Coach House is an exceptional property and is light and modern through out. The Coach House is in Penally village which is a mile away from Tenby. Entering on the ground floor you will find two double bedrooms and one king bedroom, each bedroom boasting it's own T.V. Two of the bedrooms opening out onto the pretty ground floor courtyard There is a modern shower room with built in bluetooth speaker, sink and toilet as well as a separate wc upstairs. As you head up the stairs you enter a bright modern kitchen/diner with everything you need including a large hob and oven and TV. In the comfy lounge you will find two large sofas set opposite a log burner. In here you have a flat screen TV and a door opening out to the patio. where you will find a 6 seater hot tub and out door shower with stunning views looking over Caldey Island. On this balcony you can also relax on the stylish rattan sofas. You have parking available for one car immediately outside the property but there is also a small car park just up the road from the property at no charge. Please note: The road up to this property is very uneven and narrow and one small well behaved dog is allowed.

Perfect for a weekend getaway. The views are a sight to behold. It has everything you’d want out of a visit down west. A few reviews suggest the hill up to the property is narrow. It is, but it’s really not that bad! Strong 9/10 from me.
Although we arrived to an uncleaned property, very disappointing, overall the property is nice and the local pub ( The Crown Inn) and beach are walkable. The overall access to the property is awful , not driveable to drop off your luggage etc, so bring your walking shoes. The hottub is very nice and pretty in the night with little lights and the sofas and beds are comfortable. unfortunately the Fridge had no shelves in it , not meeting food hygiene standards,but I'm sure this will be replaced now it's been brought to the hosts attention. unfortunately there wasn't a bbq as stated. overall a peaceful stay and easy to get to via car and great train link to Tenby.
Really enjoyed our stay, hot tub was one of the highlights with a view of the coast from the tub. Tenby was really accessible for walking or catching a well-priced train. The drive up the lane, as other reviewers have mentioned, is pretty tight, uneven and potentially not for overly nervous drivers. Towels and hair dryer were provided. The property is an interesting and quirky shape. Penally is a beautiful piece of coastal countryside.
Absolutely beautiful house to stay in , we had only one issue , in the house , the staircase was very narrow ,and the dogs really struggled, we contacted Naomi , and our problem was sorted within half hour ! She was responsive straight away !

At the roundabout continue straight onto Heywood Lane/A4139.
At the roundabout take the first exit onto Marsh Road/A4139.
Continue to follow the A4139 for 0.9 miles.
Take a slight right and continue for 0.7 miles.
Take a slight right and continue for 50 yd.
Turn right continue for 10 yd.
Turn right at Hill Farm Road (passed the Abbey)
Enter the private road and continue up the hill.
The Cottage is in front with more parking up and left.
