wij waren met 8 familieleden. Wat een geweldige ervaring. wij mochten overal gebruik van maken. Jaccuzi, zwembad enz. Goede bedden... voldoende handdoeken en badhanddoeken. Matko een lieve host.... toonde belangstelling. Niets is teveel. wij hebben een heerlijke 6 dagen gehad. auto wel nodig om boodschappen te doen.

We had a great stay, and the place was perfect for a few days away with the pool and outdoor areas. We wished we stayed there longer! There were loads of spaces for us to hang out at the villa and loved the two story outdoor set up. The Airbnb was a little bit out of Dubrovnik but Ubers were cheap and it took no time at all to get to places. Matko was really helpful throughout, with loads of recommendations (where to go and where not to) and even helped book a private boat trip. Matko was on-site but we didn’t realise unless we needed anything, and was really quick to answer any questions, and even allowed an earlier check-in. Really nice guy, and a really great place for a load of friends to say. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place is a must have for people in a large group planning to visit Dubrovnik. The apartment is as beautiful as described on the Airbnb page with hidden surprises. Matko (owner) is a great host who's door is open 24/7. He is a good problem solver when the need arises. This apartment is worth every penny. I recommend this apartment to anyone who has plans to visit and explore Dubrovnik.

This a lovely house In a nice neighbourhood. The pictures accurately describe the house . Matko is a wonderful host . He went out of his way to help us . He drove us to the nearest grocery store and back . He also arranged a nice boating excursion for us within short notice . The house is in a nice residential neighbourhood. The house is in fact two apartments on the same floor . The host lives on the floor above us . The apartments are renovated with modern bathrooms. It’s perfect for a large group of people especially multiple families. You have to take an Uber to go to downtown Dubrovnik. The house is not near a beach . The gardens around the house and the pool is lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Matko - the perfect host. Our flight arrived early yet we were able to check in. As a group of 4 couples the setup of two adjacent apartments was ideal. The accommodation is in a secluded location so Uber is your friend to get to the Old Town @€11 each way. The property is very thoughtfully laid out and the kitchen had every utensil and gadget we needed. The Espresso machine got a lot of use! Externally the accommodation comprised a number of well set out spaces. The hot tub right at the top with amazing views and privacy, the pool area with loungers, fridge, bar, sofa and WC again with amazing views, and an external dining area on the ground floor. The apartments are on the ground floor with showers, generous living space and Satellite TV. Do check which switch is for the water heater so you can make sure it is on before you shower. Matko will help you book trips and we can recommend the Islands boat trip! We can't wait to return next year.
