Villa Avoca provides a comfortable peaceful home to enjoy a holiday in Croatia close to a pleasant resort centre within walking distance of property. The villa is well maintained and the host came regularly to clean the pool for us, also gave loads of information about the immediate area and beyond. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with ensuites alongside a lounge, kitchen and 2 balconies. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms one with twin beds, a separate toilet and a large double bedroom with ensuite and doors onto the patio. Wherever you go in this area you are either walking uphill or down. The property is situated on a hillside with wonderful views of the Croatian green landscape and sea. Access to the cafes bars restaurants and beach area of Sebrena/ Milne is down a fairly steep road or a path but it is worth it when you get there. We walked down a path through a wooded area which brings you out onto a residential street which winds down to crossroads where there is supermarket.

Had an amazing stay at Villa Avoca. Set up on the hill with beautiful surroundings. Walkable distance down to the beach and cafes and restaurants. Great communication. Pool was lovely and cleaned regularly during our stay. Lots of space in the villa and well looked after. Thank you!

Went as a family of 8 with 3 year old twins. Villa was lovely & we were welcomed by Goran with wine, beer & biscuits. Really helpful hosts always on hand for any questions. Pool was cleaned every other day & was well used by all. We didn’t hire a car but used Goran’s friend Lemy who had a mini bus for trips. He is such a friendly guy & very reliable. Villa is on a steep hill but is doable if mobility isn’t an issue & only a 10 min walk to shopping area if short cut through trees is used. Overall a fabulous place to stay & would definitely recommend to anyone . Would be more than happy to stay here again. Thank you Goran, Karmen & Lemy for your hospitality 😀

We really enjoyed our stay at Karmen's villa. Karmen and her son Fran were really helpful and very responsive. The villa itself was great and very comfortable, there was ample space for our family of 7 and had spectacular views as you can see from the photos on the listing. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't heated so was rather chilly but the pool area itself was nice and private.

A perfect house for large group or family. Every room has its own bathroom, except one - no shower there. The patio, and the pool, is perfect for relaxing days. The grill works very well. The beds are super comfy. All communication with the host was by sms, because he was somewhere else for work - but it worked very well. There is a narrow track through the scrubs down from the house to Srebreno, where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. This short cut is far easier to walk than the road. We must also mention the view - it is so relaxing to sit on one of the balconies both mornings and evenings - and just watch the sea and the lights across the bay. All in all, we will highly recommend Karmen and the house!
