Stay in our modern 2 bedroom unit on Whitehorse Road in Mt Clear, Ballarat. 2 doors down from Estia Health, Mt Clear Aged Care facility and only 3.6 kms to Sovereign Hill ● Netflix and Disney Channel ● Sleeps 1-4 guests ● You are a 3 minute walk to Midvale Shopping Centre and Cellarbrations ● 6 kms from Ballarat CBD ● 4.3 kms to Federation University ● Enclosed backyard ● 2 queen beds with electric blankets ● Front unit in complex with a private driveway You are located in the Whitehorse Mews complex in the first unit to the left. There is a separate driveway so you do not need to drive into the complex, you can park right in your own driveway or in the lock up garage on Whitehorse Road. There is an enclosed backyard for the kids to run around safely, a bath in the bathroom and 2 queen beds There is one bathroom and 1 toilet The bedrooms are the opposite ends of the unit with the bathroom and laundry in between them giving space and privacy to guests. The loungeroom has a split system with air con and heating and there are portable heaters in the bedrooms for extra heat and electric blankets in the beds for Ballarats cold nights. The unit is modern and is a dedicated fully furnished and serviced accommodation, so guests have access to the entire property when they stay.

It was lovely stay. Felt like home, everything was so organized. Brought toilet for my toddler from home but it was also available there. I was so amazed. Books for my kid was so helpful. My daughter loved it. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.
I honestly can’t say enough good words about my experience staying here. Clean to the point it genuinely felt like my own house, no unfamiliar odours. The beds especially stood out to me being immensely comfortable from the mattress, the covers and the pillows. She was very accommodating to all my questions and last minute requests. Sincerely the best experience I’ve had away from home full stop.
A great base for staying in Ballarat, especially if you’re a family visiting somewhere like Sovereign Hill. A very well stocked supermarket located conveniently within walking distance from the unit was handy. Leah was a great host, very responsive & super helpful. Would most certainly stay at Leah’s again.
Amazing place to stay will definitely be booking again on my trips to Ballarat to visit family

You can walk to Mt Clear shopping complex but you will need a car or catch public transport or use an Uber or Taxi for ease to get around Ballarat
