Overall it’s a great facility with everything you need to spend a great time in Newcastle, the facility it’s close by restaurants and the city centre. The only problem I had during my stay was the fire alarm going off multiple times, including 01:00 am! The other residents mentioned as normal practice but I only stayed for one night.

I had a lovely stay. The thing that instantly stood out was the video instruction for collecting the key card. The explanation and visual walk through made it easy and stress free and I felt confidant checking in to a new place. Usually its unclear where the lockbox is in relation to the building or where you go once you're inside but this was the most helpful video I've seen for a check in. The flat itself was wonderful, had everything I needed, the bed was so comfy! Great kitchen facilities too! I never felt like I was missing anything. Felt very safe with the multiple doors for entry to the building. Really nice temperature as well. The only con is that the nearby sketchy underpass is the main way to get into town and to all shops and restaurants, just because of the road layout. But its so central everything is like a 10 min walk away so still really good value! You can hear trains go by at night but its not very loud so wasn't a bother at all! Would love to stay again.
