Perfect location for us as we had an event at the John Marley Centre. Place was clean, spacious and Yasmin was very responsive to queries.

Yasmin's Airbnb offered a convenient location for accessing the city center. Despite a minor hiccup with the lockbox code, Yasmin promptly resolved the issue and even provided a personal tour, along with a thoughtful goody bag for each guest. The accommodation generally met our needs during the six-week stay, although we had to purchase some missing amenities like tea towels and a baking sheet. Contrary to the informed bi-weekly cleaner visits for restocking and bedding changes, we had only one drop-off of bedding the entire time from Yasmin's business partner (no cleaner). The property boasted smart and cosy decor, however, there was black mold in the bedrooms, despite efforts to maintain proper ventilation and heating. Regrettably, this issue resulted in some belongings, including my favourite purse, clothes, and a wash bag, being affected by green mold by the end of the stay. Yasmin can't be faulted for the noisiness of the upstairs neighbours, but it is important to keep in mind

The accommodation was lovely and clean, very minimalist in a comforting way. The beds were nice and comfortable and there was lots of space. Yasmin was a great host, communicated a lot and was very responsive. It’s important to note you may be asked to provide a copy of ID but Yasmin was very understanding of our discomfort to do so and compromised with us which we were very thankful for. A few little amenities missing, such as four towels instead of five for five of us and no dish towel but it was minor things really and I would still recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice place to stay in Newcastle. Also close to the city centre and has convenient shops located close by. Overall a lovely stay and a lovely host!
