Příšerné ubytování, všude nepořádek, neuklizeno, hostitel nekomunikoval. Po zrušení ubytování nebyly vráceny všechny peníze, dávejte pozor na tohoto hostitele

The whole flat is in need of a freshen up. The bathroom was dusty and not properly leaned with silicone coming off around the bath. The kitchen drawers are in need of some fixing and felt like they were going to break every time we opened a drawer. The knob on the cooker would just fall off randomly. There was things such as pans and utensils etc but again these are old and in need of renewal. On arrival it wasn't made clear exactly where the flat was and then had 2 lock boxes next to the one door. Was in a good location for what we needed as it was close to my granda and a morrisons but is in real need of some TLC.

1. Missing bottom sheets on mattress so had to buy extra 2. Only 5/6 pillow so had to buy extra 3. Strong damp smell as soon as you walk through the door 4. Dust, cobwebs and moths everywhere 5. Beard hair on the sink and bathroom cabinet 6. Bathroom hanging off so could close the door Spoke to Sarah and she said she could have asked the cleaner to come back but this should have all been done before we arrived not after we’d complained.

Currently in the process of complaining about this with Airbnb but here's a brief breakdown. Originally booked an apartment with Sarah in the centre of town. Was told the place had flooded the day before I was meant to arrive for work, but was told she had another place for me. She told me she would rent it at a discount. When asked the price she said she would do it for the same as what I was paying. Turned up and the driveway was completely overgrown, had to wade through knee high shrubs, only to be greeted to a broken bed staked against the wall next to the door. The place was generally grubby and tired. Lot's of mould in the bathroom and bedroom and peeling paint in all the rooms. I have photos. It was also a good twenty minutes out from the centre, which made me think there's no way this place is more expensive than the one I was meant to have. Checked and it's rented £200 cheaper. When I contacted her and asked for the £200 difference back she ghosted me. SCAMMER!!! BEWARE!!!!
