The house was warm, basically clean and pleasant with very good facilities and is in an excellent location for exploring the area - near a Metro station and very handy for the A1. Kitchen appliances all there (although we couldn't find the cutlery drawer and had to be shown where it was!), wi-fi very reliable and big TV downstairs excellent. It's a little bit battered and could do with some upkeep - a random TV in the bedroom didn't plug in, the stair carpet is a bit worn, a few bumps and scrapes on paintwork, blind at kitchen window doesn't work. The immediate surroundings are very ordinary although it's a nice quiet area and there are very good shops close by. Garden needs upkeep - just a patch of grass which needs cutting. No sign of an outside bin. A handbook would have been helpful explaining how to work the oven and TV, where the bin was etc Overall it was a decent place to base ourselves for a long weekend but not a place we would spend a long holiday in.

Excellent location, free street parking at the front and also on the back of the house being corner location, only 8 minutes drive from the airport. Good size double story house, excellent washer dryer, 2 full bathrooms, all the kitchen amenities available, large fridge/freezer, central smart controls for the heating system. It is a good value for money.

Have stayed on various accommodations in the UK, this one was by far the best! Very nice house in great location just outside the city centre. Also, CoHost arranged the stay perfectly and flawless. Highly recommended!
