Pretty accurately described but experienced some issues throughout. Chilly throughout the house upon arrival; window at the top of the step is unable to close allowing cold air inside and noise from the pesky dogs next door. Hallway bathroom has wallpaper peeling off and falling into the tub. Also no shower curtain allowing water to sit in floor. Bathroom sink had a crack in it. Light fixture bumped my buddy’s head multiple times and has a headache. Lastly - spent almost thirty minutes trying to lock the front door. Reached out to owner but didn’t receive an issue. All minor details but an inconvenience nonetheless.
