Great for a nights stay for just somewhere to sleep and good walking distance from the centre. Easy to find and check in with WiFi password given before arrival. However not quite what was pictured and wasn’t the cleanest. Carpets looked dirty and the bathrooms didn’t look particularly clean. Dirty oven. No battery’s in the TV remote so couldn’t use. No hand towels or bathroom bins. Only 2 towels provided for 4 guests.

The flat was spacious and in a good location with good parking. It was not well maintained or cleaned. Unfortunately the fridge was filthy and other surfaces including bathrooms had not been properly cleaned for a while. Only 2 towels were provided for a 3 person booking and only 3 plates 2 mugs. The heating was not set to come on and there were bare wires from the boiler to what looked like it should be an attached thermostat and the light fitting was not fixed properly to the ceiling with 4 of the 6 bulbs not working or missing. There are no fire alarms. The carbon monoxide alarm was working.
