Lisa was amazing with responding and so helpful! The apartment was shining and clean! Everything you need is there, great spot in newcastle with parking & public transport links. The accommodations Lisa provided were really clean. It felt like home during our stay. The accommodations were well equipped with cooking utensils, as well as washing machines, detergents, and dryers for the laundry. However, shampoo and body wash must be taken by the guests themselves. They are the best accommodations. I am satisfied.
