Good location, lovely clean bedrooms. Had some trouble with the lock when checking in (wrong code given). Perhaps some previous guests had pets, as there was a bit of pet hair around.

This stay was really lovely, great for what some friends and I were looking for. Had some initial issues with the key box and wrong code but Jane did put this right for us and once we were in everything was perfect so I really couldn’t recommend more. Jane was incredibly flexible with our needs with regards to check in and check out times which we were absolutely grateful for so we can’t thank her enough for that. Again, really couldn’t recommend this enough as even though we bumped into an issue getting in it was resolved and the flat more than made up for it.

Jane's apartment was clean and spacious and as advertised. There was a minor hiccup with the lockpad code and lightbulbs not working that Jane sorted quickly. We had a couple of small issues that mean we will not rebook. The first is the stairs up to the apartment are incredibly steep and narrow, with a handrail that didn't really help my elderly father or I (awaiting a hip replacement op) that we both struggled with, especially carrying our luggage up or down stairs. And the second also relates to our physical health in that both the sofa and the armchair were incredibly difficult to get out of. It could have been a 'you've been framed' moment to watch us trying, but after the first time, it wasn't funny. We ended up sitting on the two folding chairs that were not comfortable, but better than the sofa's. This is entirely relating to our health, but it would have been nice to have a more comfortable option.

Great place for a work trip. Near public transport & shops etc yet peaceful.
