Cozy little cabin as described! Very clean lots of extra items provided. Quick and friendly responses from Cait. Lovely, relaxing place to have morning coffee! Our dogs enjoyed the stay as well at no extra fees!

This was my first time staying in an air bnb. It was beautiful and everything we hoped for. I’ll be recommending this house to all my friends and family it was truly wonderful. Close to everything that the town has to offer yet still private.

This a hidden gem. A great addition to the Airbnbs in the area. A beautiful cozy home where you can enjoy nature including the stream that passes right beside it. The yard was enough for our dogs to enjoy and the house had everything we needed. We did leave the night before checkout because of a power outage, but this didn't take away from our enjoyment of this property. We will definitely be back when we are visiting the Fayetteville area.

As described: very private, serene cabin/cottage with easy 10 min to downtown Fayetteville and all the trails and rafting that might bring you to the area. Clean and comfortable but don’t expect high end couch/TV room furniture. Bed was comfy! The rippling stream was relaxing to sit by at night so who needs to be inside watching tv anyway? Cait was friendly and helpful. We didn’t really need anything but her communications with us indicated she would have been responsive had we needed something. Will try to reserve again when in the area. Price was appropriate but those dang fees bump it up a bit high!
