We are 1 mile from the base of Schweitzer ski mountain and 5.5 miles away from the lake. Separate entrance (only shared walls are the hallway and kitchen) with parking space in front. Just north of Sandpoint in a small community of homes. Come enjoy the electric fireplace in the winter and air conditioning in the summer. Take a stroll around the neighborhood. King size bed in main bedroom and 2 twin beds in secondary bedroom. Walk in shower with radiant floor heat in the bathroom. Electric fireplace and tv in the living room to use while you relax on the couch. Enjoy the use of the keurig coffeemaker and other kitchen tools.
