Great place to stay short term. We ended up buying and leaving some items we thought should be there - dishwasher soap, large bowl, cheese grater, coffee, toilet paper. There were no garbage bags for the large can in the kitchen but Pat’s cleaning crew dropped off some smaller ones so we made due. All in all a great place.

We travelled to stayed at pats unit from halifax for an event at the canadian tire centre and to visit family. This unit is a great distance to walk to the CTC. But thats the only bonus of this unit and experience. We arrived to ottawa early and was told even tho the unit was cleaned and ready for us, we would have to pay $95 for early check in. We arrived to a terrible smell and to find the garage full of previous guests garbage everywhere. The microwave door was missing and un useable, the dining chairs were ready to collapse, the wifi router wasnt even connected. Its very obvious that the unit is outfitted as cheaply as possible. We left for a meal and came back to pats maintenance team in the unit without our permission. Very uncool and we felt pretty unsafe after that travelling with a young child not knowing how many people knew the door code. Maintenance team was responsive and friendly but obvious the communication between host and team was lacking. Will not be returning.

The 7 of us really enjoyed our one-night stay at the place and it was really close the Canadian Tire Centre.
