This is a great place in Rincón. Plenty of room for our family or 5 and just like the photos. Pool on the property had colored lights and the kids enjoyed swimming in it in the evenings. There is a restaurant and small ice cream shop a short stroll away. Rafael was a great host and created us at the location. He had everything ready, keys, parking gate opener, guava cake, and even an inflatable pool toy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was an amazing property in a perfect location. Walking distance to many restaurants, town square (convenient for the Thursday nigh Art walk), close to cathedral, across from the town beach (morning yoga classes), two streets away from Wake and Break (worlds best breakfast croissant) and a few minutes drive time from the best beaches on the island. This property has EVERYTHING you need for a perfect beach vacation. The place is spotless and well decorated with high end appliances and the added benefit of a work from home set up. The host was awesome and I had the opportunity to meet him in the lobby. Great job Rafael. I will see you soon.

Absolutely, one of the best Airbnb's we've rented for this Family of 4. Location was great, nice size pool, Ocean Views and Sunsets were gorgeous. Condo was just as described ,close to town and our now Favorite beach Black Eagle Beach. Can't wait to return again although I was raised just 12 minutes away Rincon is always our Favorite place to stay when we travel to PR. Rafael was a great host always responded promptly when we had to reach out to him. We had a minor issue with the internet and since he was there on site took care of the issue right away, it was great meeting him personally as well. Already planning our next trip back to Rincon !! This place will not disappoint!!

Our stay at Rafael’s was amazing. The condo is located in a perfect location, walkable to town and the beach. We were very impressed with how new and clean all of the furnishings were. It was by far the most well appointed Airbnb we have ever stayed at a few highlights were; the cappuccino maker, coffee, and kitchen amenities, the beach gear, and the crib/playpen for our baby. We would love to come back again soon and take some more surfing lessons!
