The place was perfect. The beach was so mellow and a few steps away, the pool area so cute and refreshing post beach. Chairs and other beach stuff there to use. Outdoor shower to rinse off. Grilling area was perfect. Lisa was very responsive with the few questions we had. The house was filled with art and was so nice to unwind after exploring and beaching. Make sure to venture to the other beaches too! Everything in Rincon within ten minutes. Cute quiet neighborhood . My boys enjoyed playing Ted lasso monopoly :)

This place was amazing and only steps to a beautiful beach. Lisa was super informative and responsive. Dining suggestions were spot on and excellent. The pool was a great touch with amazing plantings. Walking distance to the grocery store and a great bakery ! Will definitely be back again.

Wow, this place was truly incredible! The entire house was beautiful, but to be honest we spent most of our time in the backyard. My family had a great time splashing around in the beautiful backyard pool everyday, which was surrounded by lush trees, plants and flowers, which made the area feel very private and secluded. We took advantage of the nice outdoor grill to cook dinner several nights, and we ate most of our meals in the large outdoor dining table under the pergola. And a beautiful beach was less than a block away. The whole family loved it here and we’ll hopefully be back soon.

If this house is available for your stay, I would highly recommend booking it!! Amazing location, beautiful house, spectacular pool with a 1 minute walk to the ocean. Swimmable, private, beautiful beach. Hosts are fantastic and responsive, house is very comfortable, just amazing.

My family of four absolutely loved our time in Rincon at Lisa’s beautiful house. This is a special place indeed - there is so much love and thoughtfulness poured into every inch of this lovely home and incredible yard. Lisa was a wonderfully kind and responsive host. The neighborhood cats and iguanas made great poolside companions. Everything you could want - beautiful beaches, great restaurants, bars, and food trucks, stores, and even the farmers market - within walking distance or just a short drive away. Without a doubt, I would stay here again or recommend to friends and family.
