Our recent stay at Breeze House was a delight for our family trip. The house was just perfect, offering a great floor plan that gave each of us our own private space. The balconies at Breeze House are simply amazing, providing stunning 360-degree views all around. Situated near the top of the hills of Rincon, Breeze House boasts fantastic scenery that we couldn't get enough of. The beautiful infinity pool overlooking the lush green valley was a favorite spot for all of us to relax and soak in the surroundings. The kitchen at Breeze House was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy for our group of 9 to cook and dine together. We loved the indoor-outdoor living experience, seamlessly blending the indoors with the outdoors. The proximity of the town and beaches to Breeze House was a huge plus, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the local area. We even discovered local tennis and pickleball courts, adding an extra element of fun to our trip.

Our stay in Rincon was everything we hoped for! The house was perfect for our large family, big enough that everyone had privacy and space but also perfect to spend time together in the pool, common areas and many decks. The location was not far from the center of town, but the hilly roads of Rincon did take a little getting used to for those of us driving. The only issue we had during our stay was a plumbing backup, but Emanuela was very responsive and had someone sent over to get the issue rectified the same day. Overall we would highly recommend this property for any large group looking to spend time together in the Rincon area.

Our stay at Breeze House was incredible!! The house comfortably fit my family of 12 with space to spare. Emanuela was amazing as well, extremely responsive and helpful! She answered any questions we had at all times. I will recommend Breeze House to everyone and will likely return if I'm ever back in Rincon! Thank you Breeze House and Emanuela for making my mom's 50th birthday great!

Great house. Beautiful view. Accommodated all 12 of our group comfortably. Having the pool was great for the kids. Emanuela was a responsive and friendly host.

Our second stay at Breeze House for a family get together. We loved the location and views. It’s just a short drive into town for restaurants, groceries. And it’s a short drive to numerous beaches. The pool and patio are pleasant. There’s A/C that you may or not need, there is usually a good breeze. It was also nice that there’s a generator since we lost power for a day. The beds were comfortable. The furniture is in decent condition if not brand new. It’s a really a pleasant house that felt like home.
