We loved our stay at 14 Rue Saint Marc. The check in process was seamless. We were greeted at the door and shown around the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and was perfect for a family of 4 plus a set of grandparents - 2 master-type rooms and 2 smaller bedrooms. Very clean and quiet. Amazing location. Very walkable to the restaurants and shops around Rue Montorgueil or The Louvre or the Palais Garnier and shops on Rue Haussmann. Also accessible to different Metro stops. Great communication and response from Studio Prestige throughout stay. Would highly recommend. Note that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift.

A fantastic apartment in the heart of Paris, walkable to the river and many locations, with a Metro station two minutes away. Newly refurbished, it's very stylish and comfortable, but do note there are 85 stairs to go up and down! We had a great stay and would come again.

Had a hiccup at checkin (place wasn’t ready at check-in time), but host was responsive in helping out. Nicely refinished space with plenty of room. Having a washer/dryer is awesome! The walk up the stairs is 3-4 flights so be aware of that. We stayed recently so not sure if there is A/C. Not sure if it was because of the recent remodel (?dust) but my allergies were out of control. I would recommend bringing an air purifier if you have allergies in general. Overall a great location with nice finishes and walking distance to great restaurants and places to see. Would definitely stay again!

Departamento reluciente y recien remodelado. Amplio, iluminado y ventilado. Muy bien ubicado. Johana atenta y responde rápido. Lo único es que esta en un tercer piso sin elevador. Complicado subir maletas por las escaleras. Todo lo demás, excelente!

Host was responsive. We flew into Paris very early and wanted to check in early. We alerted the host prior to travel and she explained that if apt is ready, we can do that for a small fee. If not ready, we could've dropped our bags at their office until check in time. That is fair. The unit is well-located, with easy access to numerous metro/bus stations, shopping, food, bistros, etc. It is on the 4th floor (3 sets of stairs) of a walkup building. This was fine for us, but perhaps might be of note for other travelers. This unit is newly renovated as of Feb 2024, with new everything. The downside for us is that it still wreaked of construction smell. We kept most of the windows open when we left in the morning, but as soon as we came back at night, we'd smell it. This will obviously dissipate over time. There was no visible construction dust. But the smell was an overwhelming presence, if not health hazard as we were traveling with young children, during our stay.
