Ideally located close to Place des Vosges, and close to the Marais, it benefits from an exclusive location and invites you to stay as close as possible to the cultural activity of Paris. It opens onto a spacious living room, where you'll find a connected TV, and a sofa bed for two. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances you need for a home-like stay, plus a dining area, ideal for sharing convivial moments, chatting or working. On the same level, the master bedroom is equipped with a Queen-Size bed and hotel-quality bedding, and has its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC. The second bedroom is also equipped with a Queen-Size bed. On the other side of the corridor, the second bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower and WC. The main feature of this apartment is a staircase leading to an upper floor designed for relaxation. This exceptional space features a lounge area with a comfortable sofa and a connected TV, as well as a bar area with a wine cellar and a small fridge, perfect for preparing delicious cocktails, and a beautiful sauna where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment also has its own home cinema, equipped with a video projector and comfortable cinema chairs, so you can enjoy the best films in privacy. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) on a short city holiday in Paris and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Such a wonderful apartment set within a great location of Paris. The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafés. The apartment is within a peaceful and friendly courtyard with a dedicated parking space right outside the apartment door. Be slightly careful if you have a wide car as the car access into the courtyard from the street is a bit tight. Only a short walk away is the Bastille metro station which has direct lines to the major tourist attractions. Clean, modern, charming and well equipped describe this property. We would happily book to stay here again.

L’appartement se situe dans un quartier calme à proximité de la belle place des Vosges et de toutes les commodités telles que le métro Bastille et Saint Paul, de nombreux restaurants. Très grand appartement, bien agencé et correspondant à la description faite par le propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la literie, la propreté des lieux et l’espace de détente (sauna et salle de cinéma). Le parking privé est un plus. Nous recommandons ce bel endroit bien situé pour la visite de Paris.
The house has its strengths and weaknesses, like all houses, but what was really disturbing was finding confusing and approximate support. For every problem, with every message, each time different people respond, and each of them obviously does not really know the house. So, whatever you ask, you get a vague and generic answer that almost makes you feel mocked. I had problems with the projector, the fireplace, and other things, for which it almost felt like talking to a robot each time. The real issue is that certain luxury apartments presented with particular services, such as their key features like the cinema room, the sauna, etc., absolutely require a trusted host who dedicates love and knowledge to this apartment in order to provide precise instructions for any need. This massification of management completely destroys an experience that could have been, all things considered, pleasant.
