Booked for a stay that I had to extend and it was the biggest mistake in all my Airbnb history . They had a helper who came in to clean and she was done at 11am and guess what ,she spent all day laying on the couch that we were supposed to be using ,she was there all day till 16:30! Reason was she was asked to wait there by the apartment manager to send reports for her non payment of her salary .I could have thrown her out but I didn’t want to be rude as the same manger had said to me he would be at the apartment at 09:00 am to deliver an iron . I asked to get my day back that they had clearly messed up and they blatantly refused ..Mind you it was my husbands birthday and I had deliveries come in to plan for the day but there was no privacy at all with the helper /cleaner in our face all day . I don’t recommend this place and I wouldn’t return .The level of unprofessionalism left me in utter shock and dismay .
