Self-contained spacious double-bedroom + beautiful bathroom in the heart of East Sussex. This pretty apartment can be your home from home while you enjoy the wonderful Ashdown Forest. Separate access makes for a peaceful and private stay in this unique area. Well-located for pub walks, Winnie-The-Pooh country and visits to local villages. Plenty to do in nearby cosmopolitan towns and quaint villages, ideally-situated for golfers, Emerson College and good travel links to London.

Really special hidden gem! I had a course at Emmerson college so was great to be able to travel literally down the road to get to it. Iona was very welcoming and checked in to make sure I was ok and had everything.
My wife and i stayed here over the weekend as we had a wedding nearby & stayed for two nights, we had a great stay! The photos don’t do the house justice, it’s really charming! The house is really clean and we couldn’t ask for more. The little touches were lovely, like the porridge left for breakfast and all the bathroom products. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Quiet area set in glorious countryside, there are two fabulous pubs within a 15-20 minute walk. The newly refurbished apartment is a self-contained bedroom/bathroom within our home - but has separate access and is entirely private. Guests are are welcome to use the table and chairs immediately outside the front door of the apartment. Whilst you may hear our family from time to time, it is generally a peaceful and idyllic spot.
By car: Free parking directly outside.
By train: Nearest train stations are East Grinstead, Cowden and Tunbridge Wells.
By bus: The 291 Metrobus runs between Crawley and Tunbridge Wells and the apartment is a five minute walk from the bus stop.
