The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment for your quiet nights of sleep. Queen size bed. It is located on the first floor of the building with about 18 steps to climb to reach it. In a 4-unit building, 2 units per floor, allowing privacy and quietude. The walls are very thick and we can't hear the others. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies you need to prepare your meals at home. The walk-in shower has a rain shower head and handheld combo. The bar stools are very comfortable to sit at the counter. There isn't a dining table but a sit/stand desk with a comfortable chair, monitor, keyboard and magic mouse. Bluetooth speaker to create an ambiance. Free Nespresso coffee. With the smart TV, connect to your Netflix account or access any other apps of your choice. Central A/C for the summer and heating in every rooms for the winter. Dishwasher for your convenience. Free in-unit washer and dryer with soap included. There's also 2 chairs to sit outside on the patio during the summer months.

Biking - There are 2 electric bike rental stations within a 5 minute walk. The bike path is easily accessible in a few minutes and allows you to visit the St-Charles River Park, the Montmorency Falls and the Samuel de Champlain Parkway along the St-Lawrence river.
Car - There are several paid parking lots near the apartment. The City Hall parking lot is located within a few minutes walk, at a cost of $18 per day. It is also possible to use the Copilote application to pay for parking meters anywhere in the city, at a cost of $2.50 per hour.
Cab - Located right next of a cab stand. It is also possible to use the Uber app.
Bus - The Place d'Youville bus terminal is located within 10 minutes walking distance and provides access to more than 50 bus routes throughout the Quebec City area.
The greyhound bus station is less than a 10-minute walk away and provides access to various regions.
