Great amenities and close to old quebec. The beds were great but the sofa bed not very comfortable. The place really needs blinds to cut the light from the street at night and sun. Convenient feee parking space and great kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the roof top which would be great on summer. The location was not the best to walk at nite.

Sylvania place was immaculate and very tastefully remodeled. The building interior is safe and clean. It is close to a supermarket and a couple pubs with music. It’s a 10-15 walk to the old town. Nice once you climb the steps up to the old center. The parking is well explained but be warned not to park in the attached parking garage. We met several other bnb people on day one parking there. The next day we were charged with a $30 parking fee. The code also worked for all of us in this garage so that was confusing. The entrance is on the same alley but the parking instructions do not mention not to park there. The nearby social services building and surrounding alleys make for a very interesting and sometimes sketchy walking experience. Overall worth the stay.

It was a pleasure to visit Quebec and stay at this amazing penthouse , the place was super clean very peaceful and very beautiful, and the host was very friendly, responsive and quick to respond. It was an amazing experience and I will for sure reserve it again. Thank you
