The unit was clean and very comfortable for 5 adults. Amazing views from the common area and the kitchen had just what we needed. The neighborhood was so walkable and close to markets, shops, restaurants and all of the "must see" sights around old Quebec. The only word of advice I might offer is that it was a quandary as to whether or not our SUV would fit in the garage underneath. The initial sales info about the unit stated a height of 7'6"(2.3m) which would have been fine, but the info we received just prior to arriving was that it was 6'6" which wouldn't work. Not a problem in terms of parking as there was another lot just a 5 minute walk away. However, unloading the car was a bit of hassle. No place to legally park near the building so someone had to stay with the car and was continually chased away by the police. The car was continually being moved as the others unloaded. The staff at the building was incredibly sweet and helpful. We would definitely stay again

We enjoyed this place because of the location. The location is perfect The checkin was easy and the gentleman was very helpful. What can be better? The pictures do not reflect the current conditions of the place. Bathrooms need updating Floors are very noisy need fixing Wi-Fi is Terrible Cleaning can be better The terrace needs deep cleaning Garage is very tight and difficult for a minivan Thanks

Location is ideal… walk to so many things in the old city and out. Loved the unit and the view. The only downfall was packing was limited to one vehicle. For a three bedroom unit, it would be helpful to know this ahead of booking ( the description did not say no more than one vehicle allowed)
