Set within the Conservation area of Cupar this chic apartment has a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, shower room, open lounge / dining / kitchen area and utility room. The property is tucked away along a lane with a pleasant old town aspect. Restaurants, cafes and shops are all nearby. There is a well appointed kitchen and dining table with 4 stools. Utility room with washing machine, drying and ironing. Towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. Up to 2 dogs welcome.
Very cosy and well-equipped apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. James was also really responsive to our queries. The apartment was really clean too. Definiely would return for future stays! :)
The flat was exactly as described in the ad, the heating was on when we arrived in the evening, it was spotlessly clean, furniture comfortable, bed the same. Had a good nights sleep. Bathroom/Shower again spotlessly clean. Kitchen had all facilities,Tea, coffee available. Owner Jim was available to answer any questions. Parking available just outside in car park. Would recommend this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed.

North East Fife is a blissful rural area with much to see and do. There is an abundance of town, village and country walks, very good restaurants and cafes, castles, gardens, old fishing villages and a raft of visitor centres that show off the areas rich cultural and agricultural heritage.
The area has a high concentration of golf courses and sporting facilities.
The stunning University town of St Andrews (the Home of Golf) is a 15 minute drive from the property. This ancient town has wonderful architecture, a cathedral and a castle, two beaches, world famous golf courses, a wide variety of shops and many other places of interest.
The old market town of Cupar offers supermarkets, a fuel station, electric car charging points, a variety of small local shops and a mainline (East coast) train station.
Edinburgh is 1hr away, Dundee 15 mins and Perth 30 mins.
Car parking: Public car park available adjacent to the property. Short stay at the door, long stay 80m away. Prices very reasonable – capped at £2.20 daily for over 4 hours. Plenty spaces always available.
There are car recharging points in the car park and at the local shopping mall.
Train station (direct line to Edinburgh and Aberdeen) within walking distance.
There is also a regular bus service passing through Cupar.
