The house was perfect for our family gathering. It was really well-equipped, felt like a home from home and is centrally situated in Cupar which is itself very handy for locations throughout Fife and Dundee. Our host, Kate, was really helpful throughout and we would definitely book here again

Fantastic house and extremely well laid out. Very clear instructions / labels throughout and exceptionally well equipped. Highlights were the two rooms overlooking the garden and the garden / outside seating area too. Beds were very comfortable and spacious. The living room tv was fantastic with plenty of apps. The location was private and within easy walking of the town. Close to a park that has children's playground and skate park. Highly recommended.

Zeer sfeervol huis met ruime tuin, van alle gemakken voorzien. Cupar zelf heeft niet heel veel te bieden, maar Edinburgh is zowel met auto als trein goed bereikbaar. Daarnaast heeft Fife een mooie kust en is St Andrews leuk om te bezoeken.

We had a wonderful stay at The Orchard. It was immaculate and well equipped home from home, only luxury! The surrounding area is beautiful and there's lots to do for children and adults alike. But equally relaxing to spend time reading books in the beautiful house and garden, especially from their well stocked little library. Catherine was warm, friendly, informative and it was a real treat to stay at the Airbnb. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful home and garden in a perfect location. The house is very tastefully decorated, and wonderfully equipped. We enjoyed sitting in the garden for morning coffee & again in the evenings for drinks. Lots to do in the area & very close to the coast. Highly recommend.
