excellent location. however it's noisy outside at night because it's an area with bars. the place is above a shisha lounge and the smoking means windows need to be closed from 7pm onwards. however the air flow system doesn't work in the unit. in addition there's foul odour from the bathroom sink due to the drainage pipe lack of U trap. The 'U' bend holds water and does not allow foul gasses from your drain to pass back into your bathroom. we communicated this to the host and the host sent someone who didn't address the air flow. the host also didn't follow up until i message back. she then asked me to remind her the next day again, and for the next 3 days she didn't follow up. I left the matter alone to not effect the mood of our vacation. the foul odour can be blocked by plugging the sink and filling it with water.

We enjoyed our stay for four days. Great location, lively neighbors and lots of restaurants and stores.

Ótima opção para um casal. Espaçoso, moderno, com conforto. A comunicação com o responsável foi muito boa, com respostas e apoio imediato. Já sabíamos que a área é movimentada e que poderíamos ter questões com o barulho a noite, mas isso não foi grande problema. Obrigada !

Le logement est très beau, refait à neuf il y a peu, idéalement placé, nous avions accès immédiat à énormément d’activités, de restaurant et à divers moyen de transport. Juste un petit bémol à la proximité direct sur une rue très animée la nuit, mais pour notre part nous a pas déranger pour dormir.

This studio was delightful . The location and conveniences just cannot be matched at this price point, AND with an elevator for heavy bags (not so common in Paris). It had the charm I think a lot of travelers look for in Paris, but with modern amenities, which I appreciated. The vibrancy and activity of the neighborhood was my favorite part. I would recommend this place to people who don’t mind some noise from bars and restaurants at street level wafting up through the windows on a Friday night! Johanna was a gracious and responsive host- I will absolutely stay here again when I’m next in Paris.
