Located in the picturesque Santa Cruz district, it is perfect for exploring the city. On foot, without the need to take a car, you will be able to discover the city of Seville. Close to the flat, just a few metres away, there are several places of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Real Alcázar of Seville, the Church of Santa María La Blanca or the Archive of the Indies. Likewise, the area has a wide range of leisure and restaurants where you can enjoy the Andalusian gastronomy. In addition, just a few minutes' walk from the flat there is a metro and tram stop. The flat has the following characteristics: - Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom - Bedroom with bunk bed for two and bathroom en-suite - Large living room with an unbeatable view of the Cathedral and the Giralda. - Television - Baby cot (must be requested in advance) - Wifi - Air conditioning/heating - Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, crockery, etc. - Lift: we would like to warn you that the lift, due to its size and age, requires careful use as no more than one suitcase should be taken up at a time and no more than two people. This apartment was amazing. The localization is directly in front of La Giralda and stunning any time of day. My family and myself found the apartment safe and more than what the description provided. Lots of room and impeccably clean.
This apartment was phenomenal! The location is outstanding and can’t be beat. The apartment is very clean and extremely spacious. The decor was quite pleasant, and the kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were comfortable and stylish. The showers were delightful with good water pressure and consistent hot water (other places in Europe have not been that great). I can’t say enough great things about this property! Book it! You won’t regret it.

Amazing location across from the Cathedral. We were able to see the Semana Santa processions from the windows/balcony. The apartment is huge. Much larger than it appears in the photos. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is a neighbourhood in the Old Town of Seville, with narrow, winding streets where you can see buildings from the 12th century, such as the Royal Alcázares and emblematic buildings such as the Cathedral, the Archive de Indias, the Hospital de los Venerables and the Town Hall.
There are also several important churches in this area, such as the parish church of El Sagrario, the Church of Santa Cruz and the Church of El Divino Salvador. Two convents, San José del Carmen and La Encarnación, also stand out on the route. All this, together with the typical colourful tiles of the city and the smell of orange blossom from the streets of Seville, make this walk a must for the visitor to Seville.
The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city. On foot, without using a car, you will be able to discover the city of Seville by having the main areas of interest such as the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Indias’ Archive just a few steps away.
The airport is located about 11 km from the city center, and it is reachable by bus and by taxi.
A few minutes on foot from the apartment there are several public car parks, (Puerta de Jerez and Jardines de Murillo), as well as a metro and tram stop.
