We had to book last minute because of a mix up with our Hostel. The space was perfect for one night before we flew back home.

Good accomodation, quiet environment. However, it was a tad bit cold during the middle of the night which made it a difficult to comfortably sleep.

the host was very nice and responsive however our stay was not what we were hoping for or expected. it started with the key in the door getting stuck a couple times, then a bad stench in the suite. the ceilings are so low in the bathroom that my 6ft boyfriend kept hitting his head and couldn’t shower properly as his head went above the shower head. the bed was extremely stiff and so were the pillows. there was only two pillows (one for each person) and no extras in the suite so we were stuck with a hard bed and hard pillows, needless to say we had the worst sleep and woke up with pain. there were rotten apples left over in the fridge and two bags of expired chips. the suite honestly needs a good amount of maintenance, there is potential it’s just not there yet. Because of everything, we decided we couldn’t take another night there (supposed to spend 2) we left the next morning and cut our trip short which was disappointing but couldn’t sleep in that bed again, unfortunate experience.

A great little place. Tastefully decorated, spotless and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay very much and hope to return one day. There are a variety of restaurants as well as a terrific bakery within walking distance. It was very quiet, yet also easy to get back on the traffic arteries as i work downtown.
