Shauna and Kathy are outstanding hosts! It is very clear they put a lot of thought and effort into their place. They were very communicative, accommodating, and made sure we had an amazing stay! The check-in process was extremely easy and the place was very clean. Truly cannot thank Shauna and Kathy enough for a great weekend in their beautiful home. Very highly recommended stay!

Very well appointed B&B. Great place to stay if you need to be off property from the Broadmoor, or reasonably close to the local bases and/or downtown!

Shauna was a PERFECT host. We were able to arrange having a small birthday party for my son. She even gifted our dogs a cute toy each. I'm not sure who enjoyed the big bag yard more. We really enjoyed the snow storm and had everything we needed. We plan to be back soon.
