Welcome to our designer 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home in the heart of Redfern. This light filled haven has been designed by Tom Mark Henry and has undergone a stunning renovation by Toki Constructions with elegant and stylish finishes throughout. Set over 2 levels, with living areas downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs, a north facing courtyard and with Air-Con available in every room you will be able to relax and enjoy Sydney in stunning surroundings. This brand new build envisioned by the leading designer team at Tom Mark Henry has been meticulously renovated to a high level of sophistication. Nestled in a vibrant inner city pocket of Redfern with many local bars and eateries nearby, you will have the ideal light-filled oasis to explore Sydney from. Redfern is walking distance to local Sydney hotspots such as Surry Hills, Chippendale, Glebe, is close to the CBD and easy access to the beaches through public transport which is abundant nearby. Our spacious courtyard flows to an open plan living space with ducted Air-Con and a powder room available just off the living area. The upstairs area boasts three bedrooms, the King Bed Master Bedroom with period ceiling features, bench seating, ducted Air-Con and a breathtaking ensuite bathroom whose vibrant tones are elevated through the skylight above the shower. The upstairs area has a second standalone bathroom, a Queen Bedroom with a purpose built make-up area and air-con while the third Queen Bedroom also has air-con. All rooms have custom built open wardrobes fitted for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and a microwave. The laundry facilities are complimentary during your stay through Foam Laundry, a fully separate laundromat, located at the front of the building.

It was an overall lovely lovely stay and the pictures matched all the rooms! We were extremely happy with how Jules handled the communications because our flight arrived 4 hours earlier than our original flight and we had nowhere to store our luggage. Jules offered to allow us to keep the luggage on site while the cleaners came in etc so it was great to have extra time in the city. The space was exactly how we had expected it to be and even more because of the various placements of skylights throughout the second level. Very very thoughtful design in the rooms too, with ample storage etc. I love love love the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom! It was so pretty and the best experience to shower in daily? Great start and end to the day, any day! There were a few issues with the wonky faucet in the kitchen but luckily, we had the dishwasher to help! We cooked a dinner (@tinyfoodsteps) one of the nights and the dining area was soooo aesthetic! Wish we had more time...
Lucky we found this place at the last minute. The house is so dreamy, vibrant, clean and very unique. Each room has plenty of spaces to store our clothes. The interior design is another level, love every room and every corner of the house. We have a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. My son who is two loved climbing the stairs up and down which was very safe. Thank you for having us ❤️

The place was brand spanking new! It is a purpose built airbnb home and everything has been considered. The design and aesthetic was beyond incredible! It is like a little oasis in the heart of the city. Supermarket down the road, incredible bakery and great bars and restaurants. We felt very safe! We loved everything about our stay and for a group it is excellent value for money.

Redfern is a vibrant eclectic suburb located in the inner city of Sydney near Surry Hills and Chippendale.. The local area is full of local bars, pubs, art galleries and many eateries and many creatives call it home. It is a highly sought after locale for Sydneysiders to reside in.
Redfern is a fantastic suburb to explore the CBD areas by foot but is also well served by public transport through buses and trains with the light rail a 10-15 min walk away
