We did enjoy our stay at Todd’s place. Was not far from the city. The beds were comfortable! Nice neighborhood. Todd was very responsive and did answer our questions promptly. We recommend this place!

Location was great for what we needed. The trail behind the neighborhood was perfect for my husband’s planned 10 mile run. The living and dining furniture is not very comfortable so lounging is only accomplished in the beds. For a place that advertised sleeps 8, the dining table only seats 4 and no bar stools. Some of us had to eat with plates in our lap in the living room. The backyard could use some patio chairs or something.

We really enjoyed our stay at Todd’s listing. The house was very clean and neat. It felt cozy and the decor was simple yet created a cozy feeling of ‘home’. Our party consisted of two adults and one toddler. The bedrooms were good sizes with comfy beds. Plenty of room inside for the toddler to play and we enjoyed having the back yard. The host was responsive: quick, clear and concise. We were close enough to the 410 to have easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend this listing and Todd’s hosting!!!
