I don't normally leave reviews or rate anything but Richard is an exception because the caliber of a host that he is transcends exceptionalism. I would rate him more stars but that would not do him justice enough. Remarkably thoughtful, I appreciated how accomdating he was when he graciously allowed me to delay my trip by a week. You don't find too man gems like I did here. Th coffee was delectable, the snacks provided were welcomed and the thank you card was a touch of dignified, old school class that is very much missed in this modern world. Richard, keep doing what you are doing, please. Hands down, I would not hesitate to book with Richard again. And I just might because I met someone while I was there so I may possibly be coming to town more often. Thank you, Richard. This stay was a masterclass that all hosts should take.

This Airbnb was very clean and we enjoyed the private hot tub. It is a short drive from the Riverwalk, but we found only one decent restaurant nearby. Parking was convenient and the house was very comfortable.

Felt like home. Place was clean. Everything we needed was there. Richard was nice enough to leave us some snacks. We enjoyed the hot tub at night. Would stay again! 10/10
