We had a group of 10 staying for Fiesta. It was an amazing house. Everyone loved the amenities (pool, karoke, arcade games, etc). It had plenty of space for our group. We read the listing so we knew the location wasn't the nicest but we never felt unsafe. The neighbors were nice and one across the street even told us we could park in front of his house for our 5th car. The hosts really thought of very thing, we loved all of the little details to make it a great stay for our group. We took ubers downtown instead of trying to park w the crowds. The ubers were quick to get to us and short rides so it made it so easy. We plan on going again next year and hope to stay here as well!
Absolutely fantastic stay! Our family flew in for a reunion and were delighted to find the house just as charming as depicted. Communication with the team was seamless, ensuring a stress-free experience. The decor was a highlight, as were the state-of-the-art electronics. Plus, there was never a dull moment with so many activities available. Highly recommend!
This place was amazing a grear place to bring our airman after a long and exhausting BMT experience. We had so much fun. Beds were cozy and soooo much too do. Only regret is not staying longer!

Great home for families and kids. Each bedroom has a bathroom close by or attached. We loved the coffee machine and kitchen. Each room has an AC unit so it’s easy to control temperatures. Short Uber ride to most everything. Neighborhood is a bit run down but felt safe. There are train tracks close by and running day and night.

We are in the Lone Star Neighborhood which is 10 minutes South of Downtown San Antonio.
This pocket of town has a mixture of amazing houses and older homes but is a safe neighborhood. We will not give refunds for dislike of the surrounding area or neighborhood.
Uber and Lyft are great in the area, you can also use National Cab for 24hr service.
We have 4 number of spots available to park at the home (2 in garage and 2 in the driveway). There is also free street parking allowed but the street is narrow.
