Fully equipped Kitchen with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans. House was completely remodeled 6 months ago ●Enjoy entertainment on a 65-inch smart TV with multiple streaming options and free access to Netflix and Prime Video as well as free and seamless wifi and unlimited free music on the the alexa device. ●Our property also features a detached unit or "casita" with a pull out couch and TV as well as a small 3 in 1 pool table, air hockey and foosball for your entertainment as well as a private half bathroom. ●For a touch of nostalgia, we offer an array of board games. ●For the convenience of our guests, we offer full-size washer and dryer available to use with complimentary detergent pods. ● Our house sits on one of the largest lots in the neighborhood, meaning more space for you and your party! Our whole backyard is fenced giving your pets plenty of space to run. ●The driveway is on the side of the house and leads you to the backyard where you will find a covered parking for your vehicles. The covered parking is 2 spaces but you are able to park more vehicles in the driveway if need be. ●For the comfort of our guests, you will be in control of our A/C and heater with our Nest thermostat

Great place to stay in South Town
Great place to stay.
The perfect place to celebrate with family. The house had entertainment for all ages. Felt like home. Eddies breakfast tacos were within walking distance and they are so good! Felt like home during our stay. Clean inside and out with easy access to downtown. Alejandra was a wonderful host. We will be back!
We loved this house. We asked if she had four folding chairs for us to view the eclipse. The chairs were waiting, as well as a blanket. It turned out to be four brand new chairs she specially bought for us. Also new blanket. We were very happy with the accommodation and even more happy with the service.
We stayed 11 nights and could easily have stayed longer. We had so much to do in San Antonio - biking the missions, golfing, hiking, Gruene, Fredericksburg. And a lot of Mexican restaurants and bbq. Alejandra was a great host. She got us coffee, snacks, and plenty of wood for the outdoor fire. Place was perfectly clean and had what we needed. Location was great - short drive to the Pearl District, Blue Star Arts, and riverwalk. The neighborhood is a mix of homes that have been recently rehabbed and homes that need to be rehabbed. All in all, we’d be happy to stay here again if we decide to come back to SA.

Situated in the Southtown/Lone Star district, a lively and upcoming diverse neighborhood, you'll have the opportunity to fully embrace the local atmosphere and experience San Antonio like a true resident.
Please note: like most of the downtown surrounding neighborhoods this area is undergoing major development. You will encounter beautifully updated houses as well as original, older homes. Nonetheless it is a safe, walkable area.
0.3 miles away or a 3 min drive from Blue Star Complex which is the closest access to the San Antonio RIVERWALK, the more "local" part of the riverwalk. To reach the "touristy" part of the riverwalk you would walk about 15 minutes from blue star towards downtown.

If you arrive by car, you'll be pleased to discover that we provide ample parking in the designated area of the home.

Alternatively, if you prefer not to drive during your stay, you'll find numerous convenient and easily accessible transportation options near our home. Taxis and Megabus services are readily available, and both Lyft and Uber operate seamlessly in the vicinity, and that is the best option as well.
