Very accomodating, responsive host, flexible with check in. The room was big and clean. Good central location, walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. And good coffee at The Baltic Cafe was a bonus.

Could live with all slight negatives but the lack of onsite parking is an absolute killer. I parked in the street 2 blocks away. Not good.

Nicholas was easy to deal with and quickly responsive. The place was convenient and clean, however if you are after a good sleep here, you will likely not get it. There is a nightclub two doors down, that plays doof until 7am on weekends. It was extremely difficult to get any sleep, which isn’t made any easier by the huge bright skylight in the roof that keeps the room lit all night. The pillows were sub par and there was no iron or rubbish bin either. Other than that a generally ok stay. Good shower and wifi works fine.
