This home is midway between the two towns of Port Angeles and Sequim. We are nestled along the bluffs overlooking the salt water beach of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Contemporary finishes, high end appliances, and comfortable decor, surrounded by nature. The outdoor features include nature trails, gardens, orchards, fields, grassy areas, patios, BBQ gas grill, picnic table, an outside greenhouse and a sunroom for sitting surrounded by indoor plants. There are several wooded trails that lead to waterfront look-outs where you will want to sit and reflect on the natural surroundings, the native plants, the birds, wildlife, passing ships, the sunsets or the peace and quiet of the property itself. Our flock of laying hens reside in the barn with the peacocks, and are fun to view from the outside. Fresh eggs may be available upon request. You will enjoy our private beach trail which is a gated, five minute hike with some large steps which are not easily navigated by small children or inexperienced hikers. Once down to the bottom you will be rewarded with a beautiful beach where the fresh creek water forms a lagoon that spills out into the salt water Strait of Juan de Fuca. You can walk and beach comb to the Dungeness Spit or head in a westerly direction toward Port Angeles. We are only a 10 minute bike ride to the Olympic Discovery Trail, which you can get to using our bicycles provided for guests.
