You'll love being able to stroll through the tree-lined streets to explore the local shops, cafes, and restaurants. If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be in heaven! Our home is just a short drive from San Gabriel Canyon, Fish Canyon Trail, and Crystal Lake, where you can hike, fish, and take in the beautiful scenery. Golfers will love the proximity to the Azusa Greens Country Club, just a 5-minute drive away. Families with kids will love the close proximity to Raging Waters, a fun-filled water park that's just a 10-minute drive away. Inside our home, you'll find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms are clean and well-appointed. The living room is open concept connecting to the kitchen, and there is a sliding door going to the backyard. It's perfect place to kick back and watch a movie, and the fully-equipped chef kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, 3 barstools to enjoy drink and snack. BACKYARD truly steals the spotlight, offering multiple seating areas, a dining table for 8 persons, a fire pit accommodating 5 persons, and a lounge seating area perfect for enjoying the breathtaking mountain view. Additionally, there are spacious grass areas for your kids and pets to play freely. PARKING: 2 cars garage parking, and 2 cars in the driveway, also plenty of street parking We've also made sure to provide all the amenities you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including high-speed Wi-Fi, TVs, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.
