Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, cozy, family friendly home. It has everything you need for a long or short-term stay. It is a 5-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield and the hospital. A 10-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory, Snow Trails, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants. And a short 20-25 minute drive to Charles Mill, Mid-Ohio Racetrack, Malabar State Park, Mohican State Park and Pleasant Hill Lake.

This home is recently updated. Everything works great. The kitchen is very well supplied with really high quality new cookware and very good selection of dishes and utensils and other kitchen tools. The host learned of our plans and made an extra effort to accommodate our needs. Everything was top notch.

This house was beautiful and comfortable. We would definitely consider it for another visit!
We've stayed at many AirBnb's, but this place was THE BEST! Photos barely do it justice. It is immaculately clean, and most items including the furniture were completely new. More pillows, blankets, and towels than we knew what to do with. There's even stuff for kids - a packnplay mattress, toys, books, cups, utensils. They even made sure we would not go hungry! The kitchen was basically stocked with spices, condiments, and even had pancakes/syrup, microwave popcorn and breakfast bars! The fridge had seltzers, waters, and butter. Plenty of dishwater, laundry detergent, soap, paper towels and toilet paper-which is becoming less and less common with AirBnb's. If questions, host would reply within literal seconds. The most unique thing about the place is they set the lock code to a number personal to YOU. There was an alarm you can set while away or asleep with motion sensors which made us feel extra secure. We stayed for the eclipse and they even asked how it was. STAY HERE!! :)
If you're looking for a quiet place to work or to stay while you're in Mansfield or in the area, Bob and Debbie's listing is definitely for you! The house was immaculate and as described, the neighborhood was so quiet, and there were lots of little special touches that we did not expect that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Bob and Debbie are quick to respond and have easy, detailed instructions to help you check in and check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again or at their other property knowing how nice this one was. Thanks for a great stay!!

Very quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Easy access to just about any direction you might want to travel.
Plenty of parking. Up to six cars in the driveway, one in the garage and ample street parking is also available.
This is a very pleasant neighborhood for walking with your family, as long as you don't mind some hills.

My husband, Bob, and I are real estate investors and have 2 adult children and 4 grandchildren. We are retired from our W-2 jobs and work full time on our real estate business. We love spending time with our family and friends and meeting new people. Bob loves to ride his motorcycle all over the country and loves to hike and travel. I love to read and decorate and spend time with Bob when he's not on his motorcycle.
