I spent six very comfortable nights at the Annexe while I was in Bodmin. Karen was very quick to respond to my booking request. She also kindly offered to pick me up from the coach station in town. Karen's husband Eric was waiting for me at the bus stop, and he also showed me around the accommodation on arrival. Eric also was up early on the Sunday morning when I left, again providing me transport to the bus stop. The Annexe is very comfortable, warm and well-appointed. The kitchen was neat with all the necessary items so that I could prepare my own meals. The bathroom is modern, and the bedroom was spacious. Karen's place is in a quiet part of town, close to the Camel Trail, and within easy walking distance from Bodmin centre. It was very convenient for my trip. I'd gladly stay here again. We were Karen’s first guest and while they are new to this - they’ve clearly done their homework. Check in was seamless via a key lockbox. Lots of information available. Milk and various hot drinks provided (including hot chocolate!). The place is very homely and has everything you need for two people self catering. I did have to contact Karen because I missed the obviously place WiFi password somehow, and her reply was quick and helpful. 100% recommend, for both short and longer stays.
