I spent 1 night and left. My reservation was for 6 nights. It was unclean and no clear way to lock the back door. When I stripped the bed, the added pad was dirty and the pillows were old and stained with saliva and blood. The floors were unswept, the sinks had hair and toothpaste in. There were dirty dishes in dishwasher. The furnishings were undusted, some even grimy. There was clutter everywhere. I didn't shower or even brush my teeth, left as fast as I could the next morning. The description saying it was professionally cleaned was not true. Kitchen was not fully stocked as stated, not even garbage cans. No way to sit in the gazebo area as it was overgrown with foliage. I didn't dare venture down onto dock or enter the hottub, which appeared to be shared with tenant in other half of house, not private as stated. There is nothing good about this property. It was once a beautiful home, but not now. I messaged Evolve and got no response. AirBnB did give me a partial refund.
