Cathy has a nice place. It's located at the center of San Pablo so it's close to several places that you would tend to visit such as restaurants and lakes. There was a minor issue when we checked in, but it was beyond Cathy's control and she was quick to sort it out. She replies fast and she's easy to communicate with. Her place has all the necessary amenities that you will be needing. She also has a "mini-bar" that you can select from, prices are in each piece. So instead of going to a sari-sari store, you can just go grab one from her stocks and just transfer your payment later on via gcash. Overall, we had a great stay and I definitely don't mind returning here again in the future when we're in San Pablo.

The house is very clean and inside a gated compound. Remember to bring your own bath soap, shampoo and toothpaste. When following the GPS pin going to the house, on the last turn, turn left and you'll find the gray gate on your right. You may want to visit and eat at Dhangs, lots of native and local cuisine. Thus is just a few minute drive from the house. All in all, it was a great stay.

The actual place is as described in the listing. Cathy was easy to contact and very responsive. The place is clean and peaceful. Will definitely book the place again in the future!
