I have taken great pride to make my Airbnb homely and after extensive renovations its now ready to host my guests. I love to travel and after spending time in other Airbnb’s around the world I have learned the good things and the bad. I know exactly what’s required to make my guests feel safe and relaxed. I speak Tagalog and I am fluent in English. I would be happy to have you as my guest and ensure that you have a great stay! A generous amount of space in our property we have a balcony to relax during the night or spend time in our back garden. Parking can be at the front of the property, or you can park at the carport. The property is very safe and secure as it’s situated in a gated community, with 24 hours guards. - 40-inch HD TV with Netflix - High-speed 36 Mbps Wi-Fi - 2-door refrigerator - Microwave - Electric 2-burner stove - Rice cooker - Electric kettle - Mineral water - Two air-conditioned bedrooms - Hot shower - Towel - Clean beddings and comforter - Workspace area - Two bathrooms - One queen-size bed - One double bed - Free on-premises parking

it's comfy to stay in this place. better if there are screen on doors and windows so the air will still flow and insects will not get inside. overall, our relatives liked the place.
we had a comfortable and lovely stay. surroundings were peaceful and quiet. amenities we need were available.
We stayed here for 2 weeks as we had project here in SPC. Ms Jane is such an amazing and wonderful person. She always makes sure that everything goes well during our stay. She's like a friendly neighboor who is one message or call away if we have concerns. Her place is cozy, safe and peaceful & I love the the ambiance plus fact that it's walking distance to Paseo de San Pablo. Btw I also celebrated my birthday here 😊 She even bought buko pie for us and ofcourse really love the cutie indoor plants she gave me as a token 🧡. Just to add, she gave us also a special rate for our 2 weeks stay. Super highly recommended place and indeed a superhost. We really had fun as our stay is like a Home Away from Home. It’s a peaceful neighbourhood. Close to the town..restaurants is also nearby and supermarkets.
We have parking at the front of the property or you can park at the carport. Getting public transpo is also convenient we arrange a trike for you or we do have rental car if you like.
