There was a same-day turnover between my group and previous guests. The cleaning crew unfortunately was not able to clean up all of the disaster left by the previous guests, which included a broken sofa, stained chair, and odorous bed sheets. Kamal was extremely responsive and apologetic, and refunded our cleaning fee. Overall, we were disappointed by the accommodations, but thankful for Kamal's professionalism and willingness to refund.
Kamal’s house was very welcoming, beautiful & comfortable! he was very helpful, respectful and very very amazing at communicating. i most definitely recommend staying at ANY OF KAMALS houses he never disappoints ! i’ve stayed at 2 of them and they were both immaculate!
