The place is peaceful and quiet. The place is spacious that can accommodate more than 16 pax. We had an amazing stay and will surely recommend this to our friends. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our family had a 4 days stay at Caca’s unit. And here are some things we noticed during our stay: Pros: 1. The unit is huge. It can indeed accommodate at least 16 pax. Cons: 1. Incomplete kitchen wares (no soup bowl, only 1 pan, no water dispenser) 2. The fridge is too small for 4days stay 3. No cleaning materials (walis tambo, dust pan, rugs for table) 4. Low water pressure especially if all bathrooms are being used simultaneously as well as in the kitchen faucet. 5. The television is not functioning well. The host is responding to our concern however they don’t have maintenance personnel during our stay. The care taker has limited knowledge on how to properly accommodate such concerns. 6. Not enough ventilation at the sala area. Although this was already indicated in the listing, but it would be better if they add additional extra electric fans. 7. Some of the lightbulbs were not working. Nevertheless, we had a good stay at Caca’s house.. Thanks!

I loved the place it’s big and perfect for our family during our stay. Also loved that there are fast food restaurants outside the subdivision
