I stayed at Mary's for over a month after relocating to NYC for a new job, and this was the perfect spot to ease the transition to the city as I looked for more permanent housing. The room here is spacious, clean, and has lots of storage as well as a desk where I was able to work in the evenings and comfortably eat/have tea. Mary keeps the bathroom impeccably clean, and there were never any issues with the shared aspect. The location of this apartment is also truly amazing. I loved being close to the subway for my commute to work, and then on the weekends I was able to explore some of the best coffee shops and restaurants on Vanderbilt. Mary is a phenomenal host, and after many weeks at her place, I consider her and her two adorable cats new friends! She is wonderfully thoughtful (even made me tea and cornbread on a day I worked from home!) and full of great wisdom, humor, and kindness. If you are in search of a longterm stay that will feel safe, homey, and warm, I highly recommend.

It was a great stay at Mary’s AirBnB - wonderful host who is very responsive, all the amenities you would need, and great location that is very well connected. Would definitely recommend!

Mary has always been a wonderful host. This is my second time staying with her and I couldn't be more happy. Felt right at home, she's amazing and so are her cats Sunny and Louie. Would love to go back whenever in Brooklyn. :)

Enjoyed my stay at Mary’s place. It is cozy and very clean. Location is unbeatable. Food options, Prospect Park and subway access within minutes. I also enjoyed chatting and getting to know Mary while living there. This place is a gem!

A good long term stay ! Wonderful location with easy connections to Manhattan as well as other neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Mary was helpful and communicative. Would recommend for short or long term stays
