We had a wonderful time at this rental! It was very clean and well equipped! We have stayed at the Marazul before in a couple of different units but we feel this one was the best. Araceli provided awesome service! She responded quickly to our questions and went above and beyond! Also Jackie was very helpful and friendly! Our questions and issues were answered and resolved! Could not ask for better! The unit has lovely furnishings and the plants out the front are very nice! You can see the ocean from the lovely balcony! We appreciated the tea and coffee and cream and water that was provided. We asked for ice cube trays and Jackie brought us those plus bags of ice! So thoughtful! We would definitely recommend this rental!
