Check-ins are scheduled as appointments, and due to demand a 4PM check-in may not always be possible. As stated in the House Rules prior to booking, there is no access to the room or parking for any reason prior to 4 pm, and check-ins from 10 pm - 2 am have a fee. We may make exception to allowing an early check in based on availability of the place on the day of arrival with a fee of $30 if before 3PM. We charge for this service because we pay the check in assistant, and insurance for the bag storage. We will send you request for the cleaning fee amount if the cleaning fee is not charged onto your reservation. We look forward to hosting you!
